This edition cancels and replaces ISO/TR 12100-2:1992, which has been technically revised. ISO 12100 consists of the following parts, under the general title Safety of machinery — Basic concepts, general ISO 12100-2 is intended to be used together with ISO 12100-1 when considering the solution to a specific problem.
